TeQuaidas Diagnostics: Order Status Guide

This guide helps you track your lab orders from initial request to final results. Use your Lab Order / Requisition Number to identify your specific requests in the portal.

Status Definitions

• Pending: We’ve received the lab order, and it’s currently being processed for assignment.

• Scheduled: Your appointment has been confirmed and a phlebotomist is assigned.

• En Route: Our phlebotomist is currently traveling to the collection site.

• Collected: The specimen has been successfully drawn and prepared for transport.

• In Transit: The specimen is on its way to the laboratory for testing.

• Finalized: Testing is complete. You can now download the results from the portal.

• Patient No-Show: The phlebotomist arrived, but the patient was not available. A reschedule may be required.

• Draw Failed: A successful collection could not be completed due to technical or clinical factors.

• Action Required: Additional information (like updated insurance or a new requisition) is needed to proceed.

Quick Actions

• Track Phleb: Available when the status is "En Route."

• Download Results: Available once the status is "Finalized."

• Reschedule: Available for "No-Shows" or "Scheduled" appointments that need a change.
