At TeQuaidas Diagnostics, we are committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services and a seamless customer experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protect both our clients and our team.

Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of our services (e.g., lab tests, mobile phlebotomy, screenings), all sales are considered final once the service has been rendered.
However, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
The service was not performed due to an error on our part.
You cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
A duplicate payment was made in error.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show).
Services were completed and results delivered.
You provided incorrect or incomplete personal or insurance information.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Same-day cancellations may incur a $25-$50 cancellation fee.

Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
