Service Description
TeQuaidas Diagnostics provides mobile paramedical insurance exams for life and disability insurance applicants across metro Atlanta. A licensed examiner comes to your home, workplace, or agency office to complete a brief health history, measure height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse, and collect any required blood and urine samples in one 20–30 minute visit. All specimens are processed and delivered securely to the contracted laboratory, and results are reported directly to the requesting insurance company or agency, keeping the process fast, professional, and hassle free. ie note Mileage is included up to 15 miles below. Note: “Insurance companies often cover the cost of required paramedical exams; if you are an individual applicant, please check with your agent or carrier before booking a self-pay exam.”

Some services can be booked and paid online. 2. Eligibility Must be 18+ to book; under 18 requires parent/guardian approval. You must provide accurate information for scheduling and services. 3. Medical Disclaimer We do not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Staff perform specimen collection and testing only. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for results or concerns. 4. Appointments and Cancellations Book appointments online or by phone. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late appointments may incur fees. 5. Payments Payment is required at booking unless arranged otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. 6. Privacy and Confidentiality We comply with HIPAA.
