2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services through our website. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must schedule and approve all services on your behalf.

3. Medical Disclaimer

TeQuaidas Diagnostics does not provide medical advice. Our staff perform specimen collection and lab services; diagnosis, treatment, and clinical interpretations should be provided by your licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or by phone.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and approved payment platforms.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
