Our provider services include routine and specialty specimen collection, timed draws, and support for patients who are homebound or unable to travel. We also offer non-DOT drug and alcohol testing services for employers and organizations requiring convenient, on-site testing solutions. TeQuaidas Diagnostics works closely with providers and care teams to ensure proper coordination, communication, and specimen integrity. All collections follow professional procedures, including accurate labeling, secure handling, and proper documentation. When required, specimens are routed to trusted laboratory partners for processing. We offer flexible scheduling options, including on-demand visits, recurring service schedules, and customized service plans tailored to your organization’s volume and needs. Our services are designed to improve workflow efficiency, reduce missed labs, and support patient care through convenient mobile collections. Services include blood specimen collection, timed draws, mobile services for homebound or facility patients, non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, and coordination with laboratory partners. Services may be provided at homes, physician offices, assisted living communities, nursing homes, and other approved locations. Available Plans: Basic Plan – On-demand services for low-volume needs, standard scheduling, and per-service billing. Professional Plan – Recurring scheduled visits, priority scheduling, and improved coordination for consistent service. Enterprise Plan – Dedicated scheduling, priority response, and customized service solutions for high-volume organizations. Services are scheduled based on plan level and availability. Same-day or expedited services may be available. Basic Plan is billed per visit. Professional and Enterprise plans may qualify for volume-based or contract pricing. A setup fee may be charged once the provider’s NPI is collected to establish accounts with laboratory partners. Mobile service fees may apply.
